My issue is that when I open a file in Google Chrome, and I zoom in/out using ctrl mouse wheel, the zoom function is extremely fast. The middle mouse button suddenly stopped opening links in a new tab. But process of elimination, it turns out this extension was the cause. Turning it off restored the middle button functionality.
